I deposited £35 and won £2000 i went to withdraw my money to find out the next day that i need to verify my account. they had suspended my account and asked for my driving license my passport my bank statment and a photo of my bank card, i dent them all of these documentation and they said to aim back to me within 72hours. i waited 72hours and got back in touch with them the response they gave me was that the photos were croped and i need to send them again so i did, they said that they will aim to response within 72hours. i waited 72 hours and got in touch to find out that nothing has happened and i am in a queue for my account to be looked at now its the 15th day since this has happened and i got an email today saying that they need an exemption letter from the council. A lot of bullshittt from this company dont lose ur money guys to this shittyyycompany
Daily bonus machine is pathetic. If you ever win it is 5p or 10p which they eat up because you have to play it on another game with very little chance of winning. I don't think I have ever had a session on the slots and finished with more money than I have started with. That is not fair, it is not fun and it is definitely not recommended. The Mega spin is also terrible. If you think a 10p bonus for a £10 spin is Mega then this site is for you. If not avoid Sky Vegas.

Alot of haters here..These people are dishing out bad reviews because they simply dont know the meaning of gambling...You either win or lose ladies and gents...I have had some excellent wins also some real bad losses. Yes im defo down on money in and most of time bonuses dont go mad but sometimes they do won 2k from working way up from free spin bonus machine and had another great week was up 1k from a few deposits but then jammed it back in. I admit its does seem to have got a touch tighter but if you play often enough and stick to limits you still have fun and some days you hit it big. Just dont expect to win big all the time other wise the fun goes from expectation and gamble only what you can afford...NEVER CHASE LOSSES THATS FATAL

How are people going to return here if you relieve them of over 40 quid in an hour? For God's sake I don't mind loosing a bit so long as I get amused for a few hours. I can see why people are complaining! Other sites at least let you play for a few hours before robbing you blind. Sorry but it's fixed
